I am really confused whether baby shower are for 1st-time moms only. When I did some researching on this, usually baby shower parties are for 1st-time moms. This party is meant to help out the new mom with welcoming her newest role by completing a list of baby stuff and other related needs. However, if you have generous friends, they would throw baby shower parties even on your 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc... bundles of joy. I clearly remember how fun my Baby Shower party was. It was a huge surprise and I did not have any hint that my friends and colleagues were planning one. Everything was catered and they even sent out very nice Invitations Baby Shower cards similar to the party invitations we usually order at http://www.cardsshoppe.com. You see, these friends of mine are so used to organizing surprise party. They would always throw birthday party suprises for me and would even make great birthday invitations just to be sure everyone I loved are invited. I miss them badly.
