Now that the US has chosen a president, what do you think is going to happen in the next four years?

Here are my 10 on Tuesday:

1. There will be CHANGE, obviously.
2. The economy will recover slowly by slowly.
3. People who lost their houses will again gain a new one.
4. Real Estate will boom.
5. The value of dollars will rise up again.
6. Healthcaren will improve.
7. Threats on Obama's life will still be there.
8. Hillary Clinton will be the best secretary of state.
9. The President of the Philippines will have a courtesy visit to the U.S. President.
10. All these changes will sustain.

Do I sound so optimistic?
